What we collect
If you submit the pilot intake form, we store what you enter: work email, company name, name (optional), project type, start window, and your "why now" note. Alongside each submission we automatically record your IP address, browser user agent, the page the submission came from, and the request origin, plus a timestamp. This is stored in a database we operate; it is not shared with or sold to anyone.
If you only browse, we do not collect form data. The site uses Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collect usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device information) under their own privacy policies. GA4 uses cookies; Cloudflare Web Analytics does not.
How we use it
- To evaluate and respond to pilot cohort applications. That is the only use of intake submissions.
- IP address and user agent are recorded for abuse prevention (rate limiting and spam filtering).
- Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which content is useful.
Retention and deletion
Intake submissions are retained while the pilot program is active. Email [email protected] from the address you submitted and we will delete your submission, normally within 14 days, and confirm when done.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data is processed by the infrastructure providers that run this site (hosting, Cloudflare as network provider, Google Analytics) solely to provide those services.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above. This policy is versioned in the site's source repository.
